Exchange & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a sizing issue or receive an incorrect/defective item, we offer an easy exchange process.

Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Conditions for Exchange

• The footwear must be unworn, clean, and in original brand-new condition.

• Shoes must be returned inside their original box packaging with all tags intact.

• Items showing signs of outdoor wear, sole scuffs, or missing accessories cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Send a message to our WhatsApp support or official email with your Order ID and clear pictures/videos of the shoes.

2. Mention the replacement size or model you require.

3. Our team will guide you through the return dispatch steps.

Standard shipping costs for size exchanges are covered by the customer. If the item was delivered damaged or incorrect, Urban Joota covers all replacement courier charges.
